SmartSearch

IPFX Smart Search allows you to easily search for contacts without having to leave the application you were working in.

IPFX Smart Search features:

  • Search by any criteria in your system, whether it be name, number, particular expertise or access card id.
  • Access your favourite internal and external contacts quickly, along with your recent call history, making redialling easy.
  • When in a web page, an email, a document or elsewhere on your PC, you can highlight information text to search for contacts.
