How do I add or change hold messages?

Administration>Queue Properties>Announcements

 

1. Press to create a new entry

2. Use the Message Box column drop down to select first Hold Announcement

    

   

    

3. Apply parameters to the message entry

   Enabled	Message Box entry will remain in list but is activated or deactivated with tick-box
   Interval	How long customer on hold before hearing message
   Message Box	Selector to choose which Message Box to play
   Play PIQ	Plays recording after message with count of how many waiting ahead of listener
   Play EWT	Plays recording after message with estimate of wait time in seconds/minutes
   Forced	Message will continue to play until finished even if an agent becomes available
   Interruptible	Message will stop playing as soon as an agent becomes available
   Start/End On	Opens Date and Time picker to delimit a time range for temporary diversions
   Move Up/Down	Use Move Up Move Down buttons to order sequence Message at top of list plays 1st, reverts to Music on Hold, then 2nd on list plays after its interval etc. of messages

4. Press to auto-sequence All parameters will copy to next entry except Message Box & Forced remaining announcements
5. Press to save
