Preview report output before publishing.

 

 

 

Running a Preview

 

1. After entering minimum criteria , press Preview in Report Manager toolbar

   Report Template	e.g. Interaction Pullback Report
   Period	e.g. Yesterday
   Times	e.g. 8:00am to 5:00pm
   Group by	e.g. Date
   Extension / Queue Number	e.g. 5700

2. The Report will appear in the Previewer

    

   

    

3. Use View Controls to navigate the preview

	Close Current View			Skip to start
	Print			Page back
	Show/Hide Group Tree View			Page forward
	Page zoom			Skip to end
	Search text			Stop loading

4. Press Export to publish in preferred format
